Responsibilities
✨ Support in the raising of capital in different modalities (whether in investment round or not) to CEO and Board Baloa.
✨ Follow – ons to investors who have already contacted us to send Platform progress reports (thousands of platform) or status of investment rounds (percentage of capital raised over total required) among others.
✨ Work together with the CEO and the Baloa team to be in context
with the current situation of the company and thus be able to make the
relevant negotiations with investment groups (based on what you are looking for the company at the time).
✨ Create a database of possible investors or funds that can
be interested in Baloa and determine status with them (contacted – not contacted etc).
✨ Contact investors or investment funds to present Baloa (whether
through CEO or that person himself).
✨ Support to CEO and Baloa teams to strategically determine budgets for different growth initiatives in the company.
✨ Prepare and structure Financial Overviews of the company to
investors and/or Baloa board of directors based on the current operation.
