Responsibilities & more

• Work with Legal, Trust Accounting, Brokerage Ops, and Agents to implement the remote deposit software FTNI. Create training documents for agents and designated managing brokers and provide live support to troubleshoot agent issues. • Research and select a replacement for Deluxe eChecks. • Work with Trust Accounting and Wells Fargo to replace all Trust Accounts with this new vendor. • Close all Deluxe eCheck accounts. • Work with Trust Accounting and Wells Fargo to be able to send ACH payments and positive pay files through TrustBooks. • Work with TrustBooks to create new roles that support separation of duty compliance. • Work with IT and Internal Audit to standardize and create audibility around the credit card request and issuance process. • Work with Wells Fargo and various stakeholders at eXp to allow receipt of electronic receipts, including creating new processes to ensure payment is properly applied. • Work with eXp Global Finance Managers across the world to review and release payments across many different banking platforms. • Responsible for aggregating information to renew insurance policies annually and liaise with insurance brokers to ensure proper coverage is obtained. • Work in tandem with Treasury Manager to implement Cash Module in new ERP system. • Complete banking paperwork on behalf of Treasury Manager as assigned. • Work on other special assigned Treasury Operations projects. • Other duties as assigned by Management. • This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. eXp Realty reserves the right to revise or change job duties as the need arises.
