Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday P2P functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.Configure and maintain Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Accounts Payable modules.Support end-to-end P2P process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.Deliver user training and create functional documentation.Recommend enhancements based on new Workday releases and features.What We're Looking For3+ years of Workday Financials functional experience with a focus on Procure-to-Pay.Strong understanding of procurement workflows, supplier lifecycle management, and Accounts Payable processes.Experience with Workday implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.Solid accounting and finance knowledge, including reconciliations and period-end close activities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.PreferredWorkday Financials Certification.Workday Procure-to-Pay for Administrators certification.Experience with Workday integrations and third-party procurement/payment systems.Exposure to R2R or O2C processes.If you're looking to work on impactful Workday Financials initiatives and drive business transformation, we'd love to hear from you.Interested candidates can share their updated resume @ Sandhya.Degala@persolapac.com or connect directly for more details.
