🚨 Hiring: Release Train Engineer (RTE) 🚨This role will be responsible for coordinating release planning and execution across 90+ software engineering teams involved in a major WebLogic modernization and migration program.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned RTE with strong enterprise-scale program delivery experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coordinated release planning activities across 90+ software development teamsManage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, milestones, and release schedulesPartner closely with: Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Vendor Delivery TeamsDevelop and maintain integrated release plans across multiple product linesFacilitate: Cross-Team Planning Sessions, Readiness Reviews, Dependency Management, Release Governance ActivitiesDrive transparency through reporting, tracking, risk management, and executive communicationsProactively identify and resolve delivery risks, roadblocks, and escalationsEnsure successful delivery of critical modernization program milestonesRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in large-scale enterprise environmentsStrong experience supporting enterprise technology transformation programsDemonstrated success coordinating release planning across multiple engineering teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting: WebLogic Migration Projects, Middleware Modernization Initiatives, Large-Scale Technology UpgradesStrong knowledge of: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Enterprise Agile PracticesExperience managing releases across: Multiple Vendors, Distributed Teams, Global Delivery OrganizationsFamiliarity with enterprise release management tools and reporting platformsExperience leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering to improve: Planning, Coordination, Reporting, Delivery VisibilityIdeal CandidateExperienced RTE with enterprise-scale transformation expertiseStrong program coordination and dependency management skillsComfortable managing highly complex technical initiatives📅 Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High Possibility of Extension)🛂 Visa: USC / Green Card Only🎥 Interview Process: 3 Virtual Rounds
