Looking for someone who knows how to follow up, handle objections, and close deals — not just talk to customers.A Hiring Group is searching for a Sales Representative on behalf of a U.S.-based home improvement services company.This is a contractor-based role focused on converting warm leads — customers who have already received a technician visit or estimate but haven’t approved the service yet.If you’re strong at turning “I’ll think about it” into a decision — this role is for you.What You’ll Be DoingFollowing up with customers after technician visits or estimatesManaging communication via calls, SMS, and email until a clear outcome is reachedWorking with field teams to structure offers, pricing adjustments, or service alternativesHandling objections and increasing conversion ratesExplaining scope of work (repairs, installations, upgrades, etc.) in a clear, confident wayTracking all activity in CRMConsistently hitting weekly and monthly targetsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong sales / closing experience (follow-up-heavy roles preferred)Ability to work in Los Angeles timezone (PST)Confident communicator with strong negotiation skillsAbility to understand and explain service estimatesOrganized and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneouslyExperience in home services is a strong plusCompensationBase + commission (performance-driven)Bonuses based on resultsLong-term collaboration opportunityIdeal for: Closers who prefer working with warm leads and want direct impact on revenue in the home improvement services space.
