Scrabble Infotech Solutions is hiring Microsoft Teams App Developer.We have an opportunity where we need a Teams integration, but this is not the usual bot or tab setup. We’re building an application where an LLM streams responses live inside Teams rather than providing single-shot replies. The architecture is quite different and requires someone who has actually worked on similar implementations before.So, if you know anyone who has experience with streaming LLM outputs inside Teams — whether through Bot Framework, Teams AI Library, or similar approaches — we’d love to connect. We would specifically need to speak with someone technical who has hands-on experience building this type of integration.Required Submission Package:Profiles will only be considered if the following three items are submitted together. Microsoft Marketplace / Teams Store Links (Mandatory)Public URLs to at least one (preferably two or more) Teams apps the candidate has personally developed, listed on Microsoft AppSource or the Microsoft Teams StoreFor each app, clearly state the candidate’s specific role and contribution (e.g. lead developer, bot developer, tab UI, backend integration)If the app is private / tenant-internal and not publicly listed, provide a screen-recorded demo (3–5 minutes) along with the candidate’s contribution statement — in lieu of a marketplace link, but must be clearly flagged as such2. Short Write-Up Per App (Mandatory)For each app submitted under Item 1, provide a 200–300 word write-up covering:Business problem the app solves and target user personaAuthentication approach (SSO flow, permission model)Capabilities used (tab / bot / message extension / meeting app / Copilot agent)
