This is a 100% remote work, full time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST (Los Angeles, CA timezone). Role Type: Performance-Based E-commerce Growth. About the Role: - We are looking for a data-driven PPC Media Buyer & SEM Specialist to scale three high-growth e-commerce brands. - Your mission is simple but critical: drive direct sales through aggressive, high-efficiency digital marketing campaigns. - You will manage a diverse portfolio, including a mature women’s skincare line and two beauty brands with active Amazon listings. - If you live in Meta Ads Manager, thrive on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and know how to drive a low CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), this is the role for you. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: - Campaign Execution: Develop, launch, and manage high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and SEM campaigns. - Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Growth: Drive a minimum of 20 verified product sales per brand/campaign monthly through strategic funnel optimization. - Skincare & Beauty Specialist: Tailor creative strategies for a mature women’s skincare demographic and manage cross-channel traffic for brands with Amazon Storefronts. - Budget & CPA Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine bidding strategies to achieve maximum efficiency and the lowest possible CPA within the allocated budget. - Performance Tracking: Use GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Pixel/Conversion API to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and attribute sales accurately. Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven Experience: 3+ years managing Paid Media budgets for e-commerce (Beauty/Skincare experience is a major plus). - Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Attribution. - Analytical Mindset: Expert-level ability to interpret data, perform A/B creative testing, and adjust strategies in real-time. - Performance Marketing Focus: You prioritize Direct Response over "brand awareness"—you know how to make people click "Buy Now." - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Basic understanding of landing page design to ensure traffic converts at the highest rate possible.
