Requirements and responsibilities

So we're hiring both. The BPC role is full-time, fully remote, US-based.This is the functional partner to the Technical Consultant I posted about this morning. The BPC owns discovery, process design, and adoption — Lifecycle Events, Employee Center topics, case routing, SLAs, OCM, and end-user training — while the Technical Consultant builds it on the platform. Here's why I'm fielding both seats and treating the BPC as the lead. Most HRSD failures I see in the market aren't technical. The platform works. The journeys fire. What's missing is the disciplined process work in front of the build — clean current-state, defensible future-state, real change management, training the HR team will actually use. That's the BPC's job, and the people who can do it well at HRSD scale are rarer than the platform builders. What I need:5+ years in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR tech consulting2+ years specifically on ServiceNow HRSD implementationsCSA required; CIS-HR strongly preferredDeep grasp of employee lifecycle, ER, benefits, leave, knowledge managementFamiliarity with Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or ADP from the HR-process sideWorkshop facilitation and OCM chopsUS-based, authorized to work in the USIf you're the BPC who's tired of being treated like the secondary seat — this isn't that role.
