Rapid Pain Relief: - Deliver efficient care focused on providing rapid pain relief to patients, ideally within 24 hours of their discomfort. Microscopic Endodontics: - Utilize Global microscopes across all operatory procedures to ensure high-quality, precise clinical outcomes. High-Volume Patient Care: - Manage a high-volume clinical workload while maintaining a sustainable, high-quality pace of care. Chairside Team Management: - Effectively lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of 2–3 dental assistants assigned to support you during procedures. Operational & Scheduling Expectations: - Rapid Patient Intake: Accommodate and schedule incoming patients quickly, aiming to get them into the chair within 2–3 days of their request. - Multi-Location Coverage: Work across a modern 4-operatory facility in Titusville, as well as additional practice locations along the Space Coast (including Cocoa Beach). Collaboration & Practice Growth: - Referral Relationship Management: Maintain high clinical excellence to satisfy and retain the trust of local general dentists who serve as the primary referral base for the practice. - Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication and actively contribute to a positive, low-drama, and collaborative clinical environment focused on continuous improvement. - Long-Term Practice Development: Engage in ongoing clinical excellence and efficiency protocols, with the opportunity to participate in future partnership or ownership discussions if it is a correct long-term fit.
