Role Overview: - We are looking for a Tech Solutions Analyst to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - This role acts as the connective layer between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solution accuracy and reducing implementation gaps. Technical Stack and Tools: - BPMN and UML modeling tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio). - Jira. - Confluence. - SQL (intermediate level). - Basic knowledge of API integrations and data flows.
