Responsibilities

Role: ScienceLogic SL1 ConsultantDesign, implement, configure, and support enterprise monitoring solutions using the ScienceLogic SL1 platform.Monitor network, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.Develop monitoring policies, event correlation, alerts, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.Integrate ScienceLogic SL1 with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.Support API-based data collection using SNMP, WMI, SSH, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.Troubleshoot monitoring issues and provide 24x7 rotational operational support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and continuous improvement.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with ScienceLogic SL1Infrastructure monitoring (Network, Compute, Storage)ServiceNow / ITSM integrationVMware / Hyper-VCloud monitoring (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch – preferred)Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShellBasic knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQLFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD pipelinesExpertise in SNMP, WMI, SSH, and API-based data collectionQualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM
