Requirements and responsibilities

• Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties to ensure superior customer service. • Work directly with underwriting and external broker partners on conditions, documents and questions. • Complete pre-underwriting reviews, FHA/VA checks, organize imaged documents, order servicing and data entry of key loan information into Encompass. • Provide daily and weekly updates to the management team. • Other duties as assigned.
