Requirements and responsibilities


Mortgage Advisor Closer (Inbound Sales). Region: Latin America preferred. Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week, EST or PST). Schedule: To be discussed. Compensation: Base Pay plus aggressive commissions. Role Overview: This role is built for closers. You will be on the phone all day with warm leads and live transfers. Your job is simple: convert conversations into applications and funded loans. No excuses, no passengers. You run discovery, push urgency, handle objections, get soft pull authorization, collect documents, and lock in next steps. If you are not competitive, do not apply. High tempo, high volume, high output. And it pays accordingly. Responsibilities: * Attack inbound live transfers and move fast. * Control the call using power questions and certainty. * Complete the loan application with the client live inside our LOS. * Get permission and run soft credit pulls on the first call. * Generate and drive document uploads immediately, no delays. * Work directly with the licensed loan officer for structure approvals. * Lock clients in and move them to next steps with confidence. * Keep your pipeline tight, follow up relentlessly. * Log notes and tasks daily inside Salesforce. * Communicate professionally and follow simple, clear systems. What This Job Demands: * You want to make money and you are not afraid to work for it. * You are addicted to winning and hate losing. * You show up every day with energy and discipline. * You learn quickly, follow proven scripts, and execute. * You do not make excuses; you adjust and improve. * You are calm under pressure and never fold. Required Qualifications: * Strong spoken English and confident client tone. * Real sales experience on the phone. * Competitive and hungry personality. * Works well inside a structured sales system. * Handles objections without breaking. * Consistent follow-up discipline. Preferred Qualifications: * Mortgage experience. * Salesforce Arive or Dialpad experience. * US-based sales experience. * Spanish bilingual. Compensation: * Strong per file commission paid on closed loans. * Monthly tier bonuses at five, seven, and ten funded loans. * Top performers earn fast and grow fast. * No cap on income. Compensation Note: Compensation here is not capped and not equal. The people who produce the most earn the most. We do not apologize for paying top performers more. If you are a go-getter who can close and you want to compete at a high level, you will make serious money here. If you are average, this is not for you.
