The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial operations. This includes strategic planning, financial forecasting, risk management, capital structure optimization, investor relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership  Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long- term vision and rapid innovation cycles.  Provide critical insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, and investments. Financial Planning & Analysis  Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning with a focus on operational performance, cash flow optimization, and ROI.  Support product development and engineering teams with investment prioritization and financial modeling for RP programs. Capital Markets & Investor Relations  Manage capital structure, fundraising efforts (debt and equity), and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.  Present financial results and growth narratives to the board, stakeholders, and potential partners. Operations & Risk Management  Oversee global finance operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.  Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance. Technology-Driven Finance  Leverage financial systems and data analytics to improve decision-making, automation, and real-time financial visibility.  Champion digital transformation initiatives within the finance function, integrating with ERP and project management. Leadership & Culture  Build and lead a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.  Act as a key member of the Executive Committee, helping shape the overall direction and governance of the business. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering; MBA or CPA preferred.  15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.  Proven track record in multinational environments with complex revenue models and regulatory frameworks.  Experience with government contracts, defense procurement, or dual-use technologies is highly desirable.  Strong financial modeling and capital raising experience.  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
