We’re looking for an Executive and Personal Assistant with Digital Marketing Skills – Remote (Colombia) We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive and Personal Assistant with a passion for digital marketing to join our remote team. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, personal assistance, and digital marketing support, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Executive Assistance: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling emails. - Personal Assistance: Supporting with personal tasks and organizing day-to-day needs. - Digital Marketing: Overseeing social media channels, tracking KPIs, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with marketing teams. - Team Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication between the digital marketing team, creative team, and other stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant. - Digital Marketing expertise: Experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign tracking. - Strong understanding of KPIs and how to track digital marketing performance. - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) – the team communicates in English. - Highly organized, with excellent multitasking and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
