About the Role: - As a Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of building high-value relationships within the AI and SaaS ecosystem. - This is a high-ownership role where you will turn strategic connections into enterprise opportunities, brand positioning, and long-term growth. Responsibilities: - Build and penetrate high-priority accounts through ecosystem-driven strategies. - Connect with founders, CTOs, and AI leaders. - Design and host high-impact, curated events (think private, high-signal gatherings—not массов events). - Drive co-marketing initiatives with leading tech companies. - Convert relationships into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities. - Execute targeted outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and communities. - Track and optimize pipeline performance (intros → meetings → revenue). - Feed market insights back into strategy and leadership decisions. Qualifications: - Proven ability to build a pipeline through partnerships and ecosystem access. - Strong instinct for brand positioning in AI/SaaS markets. - Experience engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders. - Skilled in event strategy, execution, and follow-ups. - High ownership, fast execution, and structured thinking. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Comfortable with LinkedIn, X, CRM tools, and community platforms.
