Requirements and responsibilities

Bondoc Roofing is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts during slow and peak seasons. This is a fully remote, super part-time role for someone who is organized, bilingual, and comfortable with repetitive administrative work, while also confident coordinating interviews and working with leadership. Hours, Schedule, & Pay - Estimated 5–15 hours per week (varies by season) - Weekdays only (no weekends) - Schedule is flexible - $5–8/hour USD (1099) - Growth opportunities into additional admin or leadership support What You’ll Do - Manage and maintain in-person and international job ads (Indeed, JazzHR, and Torre AI) - Communicate with candidates via job portals, WhatsApp, email, and occasional calls (follow-ups & updates) - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and leadership - Host and facilitate group interviews independently or alongside leadership - Track candidate activity and progress using CRMs and Google Sheets - Follow recruiting processes accurately while identifying opportunities to improve systems What You Bring - Fluent in English and Spanish (required) - Recruiting experience required (1-2 years) - Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working closely with leadership teams Ready to apply?
