At Hayque, we’re getting ready to launch a search for a Global Head of Delivery for a growing technology services organization operating across the U.S. and Latin America.This is a senior leadership role with a broad mandate: strengthen delivery performance, improve quality and economics, build greater predictability and accountability, and help evolve the organization toward more complex, solutions- and AI-enabled delivery models.We’ll be looking for leaders who bring a combination of:Delivery and operational leadership in technology services, digital engineering, consulting or similar environmentsStrong commercial and financial acumen. Including project economics, margin, utilization and portfolio performanceExperience transforming or significantly improving delivery organizations, not just operating established modelsExecutive-level client leadership and the ability to navigate complex engagements and difficult decisionsExperience leading across countries, cultures and distributed teamsThe ability to move between strategy and execution, and go deep when the situation requires itAnd we’re keeping an open mind about the path that got you there. You may already be leading a large delivery organization.
