Your job is simple: find businesses that are hiring, connect with decision-makers, sell our staffing services, and close new clients. Responsibilities * Identify and prospect businesses with staffing needs. * Contact business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers, and operations leaders. * Make calls, send emails, and conduct online outreach. * Identify hiring needs and qualify potential clients. * Present KC Elite's staffing services. * Follow up with prospects and handle objections. * Close new client agreements and secure staffing job orders. * Keep sales activity updated in our CRM. * Hand qualified job orders off to our recruiting team.
