We need someone to make the first call. That's it. **What you'll do** - Call independent auto repair shops from a list we provide (name, phone, city, all pre-verified) - Get past the front counter to the owner - Follow a short script, close to word for word - Book a five-to-ten minute callback slot with the owner - Get their cellphone number and tell them a text with the website link is coming during that call - Log every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet **What you won't do** - No selling. No pricing. No closing. The owner takes the second call. - No texting or emailing. Phone only, for compliance reasons. - No list building. We supply the leads. - No leaving long voicemails - Never promise to fix their Google listing. We send them a free written report. That is the exact wording, and it matters. Calls are short. Under two minutes each. Your entire goal is a booked time slot. **Hours that matter** Auto shops answer between 8-10am and 3-4:30pm Eastern, Tuesday through Thursday. Never at midday, because they are under a car. You'd work inside those windows. **Who this is for** - Clear, neutral American English. Our customers are small-town garage owners in Georgia and they hang up on anything that sounds like a call center. - You've called small business owners before: trades, restaurants, shops, contractors - You're comfortable being told no forty times a day without it landing - Quiet room, decent headset, reliable connection - You can follow a script exactly. Improvising will cost us appointments. **Who this isn't for** - Agencies or teams bidding on behalf of callers we won't speak to - Anyone who wants to use their own leads or their own pitch - Anyone who can't work Eastern morning hours **Pay** $10/hour, plus $10 for every appointment that shows, plus $100 when one of your appointments becomes a paying client. **The trial, 5 hours per week** We start everyone on a paid two-week trial at 5 hours per week. Same $10/hour and the same bonuses. Nothing is unpaid. - Week 1 and 2: 5 hours per week, worked inside the calling windows above - End of week 2: we review your numbers together: dials, owners reached, appointments booked - If it's working, we move you to 15+ hours per week ongoing - If it isn't, we part ways cleanly and you're paid in full for every hour We'd rather prove this works on a small number of hours than promise you volume we can't sustain. If you're looking for 40 hours a week starting immediately, this isn't the right role.
