The Production Coordinator role at the LEGO Group in Monterrey involves providing support to the Final Pack operation by processing and analyzing production information, defining improvement actions, and ensuring the introduction of new products or process modifications without impacting key performance indicators. The role also includes managing stakeholders, developing people, monitoring tactical implementation plans, ensuring brand protection and confidentiality, and sharing best practices with other plants. The ideal candidate should have a completed engineering degree, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and skills in problem analysis, communication, teamwork, continuous improvement, and personnel management. Responsibilities: - Manage stakeholders and develop people - Monitor tactical implementation plans and ensure brand protection and confidentiality - Share best practices with other plants - Promote and ensure employee integrity through safety tools implemented in the organization - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards - Support the continuous improvement program - Control, supervise, manage, and coordinate production lines - Handle indicators
