❗ This role has uncapped commissions. On average, commissions range between 1.500.000 and 2.500.000 Colombian pesos. Based on your performance, your commissions are paid accordingly. Top performers can earn up to 10.000.000 COP on commissions.
✨ Over 2 years of experience working along with marketing agencies required.
✨ Establish and manage business relationships with new customers, ensuring compliance with monthly and annual goals.
✨ Stay informed of the characteristics of the products and/or services the company offers vs. the competition.
✨ Coordinate work plans with the sales force. Defining its goals; as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve them.
✨ Plan, coordinate and increase sales participation.
✨ Know in depth the characteristics of the markets it serves, trends, identifying customer needs, possible risk factors, and business opportunities.
✨ Participate in the development of campaigns and value offers of commercial products.
✨ Preparation of reports and presentation of results to the sales director.
