Join us and shape the future of the construction industry! Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a BIM/VDC Specialist at Nexera. The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating 3D models and shop drawings to provide clarity and precision during field installations. The role involves utilizing BIM software for visualization and validation of electrical installations. Qualifications: * 3-4 years of experience with Revit. * Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction drawings skills. * Experience with prefabrication spool drawings. * Experience in working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. * Proficiency in architecture and modeler software. * Knowledge of electrical design principles and calculations. * Ability to interpret and create single line diagrams. * Experience in load calculations and voltage drop evaluations. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
