As a Regional Technology Alliances Manager at Zscaler, you will work directly with Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers to develop new business and expand existing relationships across Eastern or Western North America. You will be responsible for executing a joint go-to-market strategy with technology partners, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business to closure. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in generating new business through alliance/channel partners and establishing trust and credibility with sales leaders and colleagues. This role requires superb organizational skills, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work with partner companies to achieve quota and execute joint go-to-markets. Responsibilities: - Establish and foster relationships with Zscaler’s sales teams and alliance partners - Understand partners’ business objectives and go-to-market approach - Drive joint go-to-market activity with Technology Partner leadership and partner sales executives - Develop and execute regional sales campaigns to identify new mutual prospects - Deliver enablement to establish product and sales competency within Technology Partners - Create confidence at the Regional Director level and lead regional sales buy-in - Oversee & participate in regional QBR’s for the sales team - Drive sales volume and velocity KPI’s for each partner - Map key decision makers and influencers at the strategic partner - Influence key senior, mid-level, and line-level relationships - Promote and exemplify the highest levels of teamwork and personal accountability - Demonstrate leadership that promotes mutual support to the Partner
