Their mission is to create and empower digital communities to play, explore, socialize and meaningfully express themselves in the next era of the Internet. Supersocial is looking for an exceptional project manager, who is driven by innovation, is not intimidated by ambiguity and thrives in a fast paced environment. The project manager will be part of the concept incubation team, responsible for developing one-of-a-kind virtual worlds concepts for brands and IP owners. The role involves managing day-to-day timeline for multiple business proposals, allocating resources, creating and meeting targets for delivery, and coordinating, tracking, and managing the activities of project resources. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day timeline for multiple business proposals, allocating resources, creating and meeting targets for delivery - Work closely with the Head of Creative in identifying resources needed for each of the business proposals, evaluating team availability and defining team composition - Create and manage an organized tasking framework, guaranteeing all stakeholders have clarity on their deliverables, timing, priorities and are fully integrated in the creation process without compromising the team’s morale and well-being - Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of project resources to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and at the right level of quality - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and obstacles impeding team progress - Act as conduit between all team members, ensuring all brief requirements are being met and that we are developing a complete and winning proposal
