Responsibilities: * Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies across digital and traditional channels. * Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using tools such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp. * Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content for newsletters, websites, social media, and sales collateral. * Create white papers and/or case studies. * Support in-house design needs, including visuals for digital campaigns, until the design role is fully transitioned. * Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity and messaging guidelines. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. * Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and email analytics dashboards, and prepare performance reports. * Coordinate communication schedules, content calendars, and deadlines for key initiatives. * Manage vendor and media relationships when necessary. * Contribute to internal communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: * Bilingual communication skills (English C1 or C2 proficiency level and Spanish). * Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp). * Experience using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics for email/social media). * Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). * Strong writing and editing skills across formats and audiences. * Project management abilities with strong attention to detail (PMP certification not required). * Familiarity with recruitment marketing principles. * Experience with A/B testing (optional). * Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments.
