Requirements and responsibilities

Inbound SDR & Support for AI Virtual Answering SaaS We’re searching for a flexible, action-oriented person who can wear multiple hats: part inbound sales, part customer success. You’ll engage with new trial users, help them understand our platform, and support existing customers with light troubleshooting. What You’ll Do • Reach out to inbound leads (mostly trial signups) to guide them through onboarding • Follow up with prospects to answer questions and help convert them into paying customers • Respond to user inquiries and provide friendly, timely support (low volume) • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to surface user feedback • Become deeply familiar with our platform and communicate updates clearly to users What We’re Looking For Must Have • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them simply • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize independently • A proactive, “get it done” mindset Nice to Have • Experience in SaaS, customer success, or inside sales • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Airtable • Prior startup or tech experience What We Offer • Fully remote, flexible work environment • Competitive compensation and potential equity • Opportunity to grow with an early-stage AI startup
