About the Company: We are a U.S.-based B2B media company with over 45 years of experience, serving decision-makers in niche industries through our print and digital publications. Our global team is fully remote, and we are growing fast. We're looking for a skilled and proactive Account Manager to help us expand our client base and maintain long-term commercial relationships. About the Role: As a Remote Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and account management. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads and be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with companies around the world, promoting advertising solutions through consultative sales and a client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a pipeline of global B2B leads (provided by the company). - Conduct outreach via email, phone, and video to engage prospective clients. - Prepare and negotiate advertising packages tailored to client needs. - Manage sales tracking, invoicing, renewals, and client retention. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools. - Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate closely with the Managing Director. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities. - Experience working independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. - Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams. Nice to Have: - Experience in media, publishing, or advertising sales. - Knowledge of long-cycle sales strategies. - Additional languages are a plus (but not required).
