Who you are Highly organized and follow-through oriented — you close loops, you don’t just start them Excellent written English; client reports go out under our name Comfortable coordinating field technicians (sometimes you will need to nudge, clarify, or course-correct) Calm when the schedule changes; properties and people don’t always go to plan Proactive: you surface problems early and come with a recommended next step Excited to be hire #1 on a small, fast-growing team and to work closely with the CEO Requirements Experience in operations, dispatch, virtual assistance, property management, customer operations, or a similar coordination role Full-time availability, 40 hours/week, aligned to U.S. Central Time business hours (approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday, including a meal break) Strong written English (non-negotiable — reports are client-facing) Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfort learning new software quickly Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet dedicated workspace Ability to work independently with clear communication and daily accountability Nice to have Experience dispatching technicians, vendors, or gig workers Property management, facilities, or self-storage background Familiarity with Storedge, SiteLink, or similar facility software Experience writing client-facing reports from field notes and photos
