Requirements and responsibilities

• A Product Manager at FINBOURNE is responsible for the realization of the business strategy and vision, through the delivery of the product roadmap. • Start with clients and work backwards to define your product vision in concert with current initiatives. • Innovate and develop friction-free products that delight and solve problems for these clients. • Manage development from conception through to launch in conjunction with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance. • Be the end-to-end owner of the product from design to adoption. • Define key product performance indicators (KPIs), as well as release-specific success metrics to enhance the client experience and optimize the product. • Inform company pricing and the long-term growth model. • Provide product updates and strategic inputs for the Exco, board and investors as required.
