We are actively sourcing an experienced Scrum Master II for a high-impact Digital ePLM (enterprise Product Lifecycle Management) program with a leading U.S.-based organization. This is a full-time, dedicated embedded role — not advisory or part-time.
The Role:
- You will be the embedded Scrum Master for an ePLM delivery team, responsible for disciplined Agile execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment.
- You will serve as the key liaison between Product Owners, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Actively identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
- Monitor and act on Scrum and Kanban metrics — flow efficiency, throughput, WIP, cycle time.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators.
- Drive continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity across the team.
- Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (dedicated SM role, not hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience on enterprise application delivery programs.
- Scrum Master certification — CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience (or comparable Agile tool).
- Proven ability to use delivery metrics to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
- Experience working with distributed teams and/or third-party integrators.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level English fluency — daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.
- Based in Mexico and available to work aligned to U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development organizations.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or regulated/governance-driven environments.
- SAFe certification or PI Planning experience.
Who Should Not Apply:
- This role is not suited for newly certified Scrum Masters without enterprise experience, Agile coaches in advisory-only roles, or candidates seeking part-time or side-of-desk engagements.
