As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for a Middle Media Buyer who thrives on testing new acquisition channels, scaling winning campaigns, and finding opportunities where others see limitations.What you'll do:Launch and optimize Push & In-App campaigns across international marketsTest non-traditional acquisition channels and growth experimentsDrive traffic through TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Reddit, Quora, Telegram, and community-based platformsDevelop creative concepts, hooks, and acquisition anglesAnalyze performance data and continuously improve CAC, CPI, CPA, and ROI metricsScale successful campaigns across new GEOs and traffic sourcesWhat we're looking for:1.5+ years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or User AcquisitionHands-on experience with Push and/or In-App trafficStrong understanding of viral growth mechanics and organic acquisition strategiesExperience with Keitaro, Binom, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platformsData-driven mindset and willingness to experimentEnglish level B1+ or higherNice to have:Experience in Secure Connectivity, Utilities, Subscription-based Products, Mobile Apps, Consumer Tech, SaaS, or Affiliate MarketingWhy join us?Fully remote teamGlobal product with growing international presenceDirect influence on growth strategy and business resultsFreedom to test ideas and launch experiments quicklyTransparent processes and minimal bureaucracyCareer growth opportunities in a scaling company
