Role Overview

About Nassau National Cable
Nassau National Cable is a U.S.-based e-commerce distributor with over a decade of experience supplying wire, cable, and industrial electrical materials to commercial and industrial clients nationwide. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where relationships, expertise, and execution matter every single day.
Location: Hybrid – Medellín, Colombia
Contract type: Prestación de servicios (Long-term)
Salary: $1000 - $1500 USD/month (Based on experience; TBD)
Language: English C1 or higher required
Experience: B2B and closing sales experience preferred (not required)
Schedule: 8am to 6pm EST| Mon to Fri | U.S. Holidays Off
Commission plan + bonuses available after the trial period (6 months)
Key Responsibilities
Sell: Manage a high volume of daily sales activities across the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Manage Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients in the U.S. market.
Grow Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Learn the Business: Develop deep product knowledge of wire, cable, and electrical materials to lead confident, technical sales conversations.
Deliver Results: Consistently work toward and exceed sales KPIs and quotas.
Client Experience: Ensure excellent service delivery and handle client issues with professionalism and urgency.
Requirements
Sharp eye for big sales.
Genuinely hungry: for the close, for the commission, for the next deal.
Experience in B2B sales and closing sales.
Leadership skills are a plus.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher (you will communicate with U.S. clients daily).
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
