As the Senior Social Media Manager & Content Designer, you will take ownership of the company’s organic brand presence, shaping its voice, creating high-performing multimedia content, and building meaningful engagement across professional social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Premium Content Creation & Graphic Design
Design and publish 15–20+ high-quality social media posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major platforms.
Create custom graphics, carousel decks, thumbnails, and short-form video content optimized for engagement and visibility.
Develop content calendars and platform-specific messaging strategies that showcase industry expertise and support lead generation goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
Advanced Channel Management & Optimization
Manage daily scheduling, publishing, and performance of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta channels.
Monitor analytics and platform performance metrics.
Implement social media SEO best practices and adapt content strategies based on algorithm changes and engagement trends.
Continuously optimize content formats and posting strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Community Building & Lead Engagement
Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster authentic conversations and strengthen audience engagement.
Execute structured outreach and community-building initiatives.
Support lead-generation efforts by warming prospects and coordinating handoffs to the sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with lead generation and marketing teams to create high-performing visual assets and supporting copy for paid campaigns.
Deliver monthly analytics reports highlighting engagement trends and content performance.
Contribute insights that help optimize marketing initiatives and internal systems.
Must-Have Requirements
3–5 years of professional social media management experience with a strong focus on B2B audience growth.
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual storytelling, modern typography, layout design, and video editing capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media management platforms.
Experience working with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar channel management tools.
Native-level or near-native written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to create professional, engaging, and polished corporate content.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience supporting paid social advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with automated email marketing workflows.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Understanding of broader digital marketing and lead-generation ecosystems.
Experience creating content for B2B professional services organizations or managing professional online communities.
