In this role, you will work directly with the engineering and product teams to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across our applications. You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance.What You'll Do:Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etcAbility to provide production support to the CX support teamReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackEstimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activitiesWork with Developers and Product Managers to develop a complete test plan for assigned projectsManual, API and Automation testingIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugsPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedCoordinate and participate in code deploymentLearn processes and systems between and within departments that rely on technology, and look for opportunities for improvement.What You'll Bring:Minimum of 3 years of testing experience working in a QA capacityHands-on experience with AI toolsHands-on experience with automated testing toolsHands-on experience with API testing toolsExperience with various browsers and operating systems, including mobile platformsAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadKnowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processStrong communication skillsExperience with performance and/or security testing is a plusKnowledge of SQL/Postgres and scripting is a plusWhy Work for Dutch?Competitive salary range between $85K - $95K CADRemote working locationHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceFlexible PTOMental Wellbeing OptionsRobust Holiday ScheduleRegistered Retirement Savings PlanGrowth Opportunities!Dutch Guiding Principles:Pets First – business and medical decisions are always guided by the pet’s best interest.
