Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Level 3 to support major healthcare and eHealth transformation initiatives within a complex multi-stakeholder environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder engagement sessionsCollaborate with clinical stakeholders (Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Specialists, governing bodies) and non-clinical stakeholders (Health Information Management SMEs, administrative teams, leadership, and executives)Analyze and document business processes, workflows, functional and technical requirementsSupport business and clinical transformation initiatives across multiple organizations and business unitsDevelop quality assurance strategies, test plans, test cases, and support testing activities (system, integration, UAT)Create operational transition documentation, training materials, SOPs, and onboarding guidesSupport implementation and transition from project delivery to operational environmentsMandatory QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)15+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst leading stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation10+ years of experience supporting large-scale, complex multi-organization initiatives involving 15+ stakeholders and business transformation10+ years of IM/IT experience5+ years of Quality Assurance/Test Strategy experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English and FrenchPreferred Qualifications5+ years in Canadian healthcare/eHealth environments (project and operational work)Experience producing business requirements, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, decision documents, and gap analysesExperience with transition-to-operations frameworks and operational readiness deliverablesHands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Visio, BPMN, ALM/Quality Center, and related toolsUnderstanding of healthcare privacy, security, and data confidentiality requirementsIf you have extensive healthcare business analysis experience and enjoy driving transformation initiatives within complex environments, we’d like to hear from you.
