Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Build and manage targeted prospect lists across private laboratories, clinic-attached labs, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations in North America. - Execute structured outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and disciplined follow-up sequences. - Qualify prospects based on ICP fit, business need, buying potential, and decision-making readiness. - Book high-quality meetings for founder-led and senior sales closing. - Maintain accurate CRM records, clean pipeline management, and lead tracking discipline. - Support continuous improvement of outbound campaigns, messaging, and prospecting strategies. - Report weekly sales development KPIs and pipeline activity. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, or outbound sales. - Proven B2B SaaS outbound sales experience. - Strong experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up cadence. - Comfortable with cold calling and consultative prospect conversations. - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent. - Strong written and spoken English (mandatory). - Spanish is highly preferred. - French is a strong asset. - Healthcare, MedTech, LIS, EMR, diagnostics, or healthcare SaaS experience is a major plus. - Experience selling or prospecting into North American markets is highly preferred. - Self-managed, disciplined, KPI-driven, and comfortable in a startup or lean-growth environment. - Must value quality pipeline generation over mass-volume spam outreach. - Able to work remotely within North America-compatible time zones. Success Metrics (90-Day Trial): - Build qualified ICP pipeline. - Generate strong SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). - Book high-quality meetings with qualified buyers. - Contribute to opportunity generation. - Maintain strong CRM and pipeline discipline. - Support growth in qualified revenue pipeline. - Demonstrate consistency in outbound execution and follow-up quality.
