Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement enterprise Monitoring, Observability, and Event Management solutions. - Architect and integrate ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and AIOps. - Develop monitoring solutions across Azure, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. - Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable monitoring and automation strategies. - Drive observability standards, automation, and continuous improvement. - Support technologies including Azure Monitor, Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, and related platforms. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, SRE, or related technical roles. - 3+ years in an IT Architecture role with strong expertise in Application Performance Management (APM). - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, and AIOps implementation. - Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, Automation, Ansible, and PowerShell. - Experience with DevOps, API integrations, and scripting using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or SQL. - Solid understanding of network fundamentals, ITSM, and enterprise monitoring best practices.
