Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Lease Agreements.
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements.
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Marketing Agreements.
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of Licensing Agreements.
- Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
- Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
- Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.
- Source and supply eligible transaction materials while ensuring no confidential, NDA-protected, proprietary, or MNPI content is included.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
- Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
- Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
- Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms.
