About the Role: - This is a full-cycle outbound sales role: you own the entire pipeline, from finding the lead to closing the deal. - You will prospect moving companies, get them on the phone, show them why CaddyConnect solves a real problem, and bring them on board. - This is not a hand-the-lead-off role; the wins are yours to create, and your bonus grows with every company you sign. - We are looking for a hunter: someone self-driven, persistent, and energized by the chase, who can build a pipeline from scratch and work it relentlessly. What You Will Be Selling: - CaddyConnect is our software platform built for moving companies of all sizes. - It lets them tap into on-demand Caddy labor whenever they need it, so when a mover is short-staffed, slammed in peak season, or hit with a last-minute job, they can deploy reliable help through the portal instead of scrambling. - You will be selling a tool that directly solves one of the biggest headaches in the moving business: getting the right labor at the right time. About Us: - Caddy Moving is a growing company that has been in business for five years. - We built CaddyConnect because we know the moving industry's labor problem firsthand, and now we are bringing it to movers everywhere. - You would be joining early enough to make a real mark. What You Will Do: - Own the full pipeline; source your own leads, qualify them, work them, and close. - Sourcing is part of the job, not an afterthought. - Make 150+ outbound calls per day, plus email follow-ups, to reach moving company owners and decision-makers. - Build rapport quickly, understand each company's labor challenges, and show how CaddyConnect fits. - Follow up persistently across calls and email. - Manage your pipeline and CRM meticulously so nothing falls through the cracks. - Hit and exceed your signup targets. A Day in the Role: - Sourcing prospects and working your list; no one hands you leads, which means the ceiling is yours to set. - 150+ dials a day plus email follow-ups. - You take a moving company from first contact to signed up. What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves): - A true self-starter who can build a pipeline from nothing and keep it full without being directed. - Comfortable and confident with high-volume outbound calling: 150+ dials a day does not faze you. - Persistent and resilient; you stay sharp through plenty of "no"s and keep pushing. - A persuasive communicator on the phone and in writing. - Organized, with the discipline to manage a full pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups. - Coachable and competitive; you want to win, and you take feedback to get better. Nice to Have (Not Required): - 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally B2B, SaaS, or outbound. - Experience selling to small-business owners or operators. - Familiarity with the moving, logistics, or staffing industries. - Comfort with a CRM and outbound sales tools.
