Compensation & Growth First 3 Months: Commission-based opportunity After 3 Months: Performance-based evaluation for a Fixed Salary + Incentives Opportunity to grow into BDM / Business Development Team Lead Long-term Remote Work Opportunity Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients Generate, qualify and convert B2B leads Present and pitch recruitment and staffing solutions Develop and maintain strong client relationships Generate new business opportunities and close deals Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets Maintain a healthy corporate client pipeline Career Growth BDE / BDA → BDM → Business Development Team Lead → Business Development Leadership Ideal Candidate Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, IT recruitment or B2B business development, along with strong communication, client acquisition and negotiation skills, are encouraged to apply.
