Epic Orders AnalystTop responsibilities include:Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments.Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion.Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, handling both user-reported and vendor-reported incidents.Help manage service incidents and requests, serving as a key subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions, collaborating across team boundaries and other capability sub-domains.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.Internal notes:Manager looking to hire ASAPLooking for Orders Analyst Orders Transmittal (Certified in one or the other, both is great)If they have ICON, Bugsy exp that is a major nice to have but not required.Preferred QualificationsCurrent Epic certification/proficiency in Orders/Order Transmittal/Order Sets and/or ICON with 3+ years experience3+ years of relevant work experience in business systems analysis or related technical role within the healthcare industry3+ years of hands-on technical experience working with Epic in a technical build roleStrong communication and analytical skills with a proven track record of presenting systems prototypes and functional models to business users.
