Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Building Intelligence

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead efforts to enhance the resilience, scalability, and fault-tolerance of our systems. You will design and enforce SLOs, guide incident management processes, and improve our tooling for infrastructure automation. Additionally, you will mentor peers and promote reliability practices throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. * Lead incident response and conduct postmortem analysis for high-severity events. * Develop infrastructure and deployment automation using best-in-class tools. * Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish and drive platform reliability standards. * Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in operational excellence. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering. * Expertise in monitoring, alerting, and chaos engineering. * Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and CI/CD. * Proven success in managing incident lifecycles and designing resilient architectures. * Strong systems thinking and the ability to operate across multiple services and teams.
