Role: Salesforce BA/PO with Service Cloud experience (Service Cloud Voice).Responsibilities: Extreme Ownership; Proxy Presence in the absence of the Customer PO during technical scrum ceremonies; bridge between business language and AWS/Salesforce architecture.Technical skills: Salesforce (Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Service Cloud Voice). AWS (Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Lex, CCP). Knowledge of Genesys Cloud or Five9 for queue management and SIP trunking.
