Requirements and responsibilities

• Lead software and data strategy on our Salesforce implementation. • Own Salesforce data architecture, technology, and workflows. • Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to capture and translate our Salesforce vision into an actionable strategy and roadmaps, and own execution. • Collaborate with data, reporting, and business intelligence teams to develop a cohesive salesforce data strategy aligning with our company-wide data strategy. • Drive quality, performance, alignment, and efficiency within Salesforce. • Improve and direct visibility and quality of Salesforce to increase engineering ownership and advancements through metrics, logging, and other strategies. • Re-architect and re-factor existing systems to align with project requirements. • Write clean, well-documented, and beautiful code.
