We are a fast growing and fast paced manufacturing company focused on Water and Electrical Infrastructure, Roads/Bridges, Aerospace and many more industries.Pen Manufacturing is building a scalable contract manufacturing platform focused on precision sheet metal fabrication and welding.We are seeking a senior OEM growth leader to develop and prove a repeatable OEM acquisition strategy within our current operation, then expand that model across future acquired facilities. This role is not limited to one plant.
