The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Implementation who will own the full lifecycle of a Meela community rollout — from the first launch through long-term adoption. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role. You’ll work across every level of an organization: aligning with ownership groups and executive directors, supporting staff on the ground, and making sure residents are actually getting onboarded and using Meela. You’ll take ownership of an existing implementation system and make sure it works in practice, identifying where things are breaking down, pushing implementations forward, and ensuring every community gets to real usage — not just setup.
