Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (PST), no working weekends!Responsibilities and Duties:Receive 10-15 pre-qualified transfers per dayFollow up on pipeline prospect and callbacksBuild rapport and engage prospects via phone and emailUtilize email correspondence, client testimonials, and market statistics to build interestEffectively communicate appropriate rebuttals to all sales objectionsDiscuss online marketing needs and opportunitiesMentor peers and sales associates to achieve team goalsCompensation & Benefits:UNCAPPED commissions!Base hourly rate DOEOTE: $60,000 ~ $75,000 a yearIncentives such as spiffs, prizes, contests, bonuses, etc.Business hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (PST). No weekends!This position is 100% remoteFantastic benefits: medical, dental, paid holidays and 401(k)Paid time off: vacation, personal and sick timeRequirements:Demonstrates a proven sales acumenDemonstrates ability to communicate clearly over the phoneMust be able to type minimum of 50 WPMMust have advanced computer and multi-tasking skillsMust have 2 monitors / displaysPossesses an understanding of online advertising sales and current online advertising trendsQualifications and Skills:2+ years of experience in a sales closer position: Inside sales, telesales, and/or SAAS.1+ years of experience working in a remote environmentProven success in closing accounts and breaking sales recordsGood communication and organizational skills, outgoing and ambitiousSelf-starter, student mentally, detail oriented and punctualDemonstrate integrity in interactions with clients and coworkersDisplay a mature, professional and positive demeanorDemonstrate our core values when handling confidential client informationStrive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics and goalsPreferred:5+ years of sales experience in a sales closer position3+ years of experience working in a remote environmentExtensive knowledge of major search engines and search engine optimizationGoogle Ads CertifiedEqual OpportunityLocal Splash is an equal opportunity employer.
