This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for full-cycle recruiting today and for designing the talent acquisition discipline that will support Braleʼs growth over the coming years.This role is ideal for someone who has deep fintech and/or crypto recruiting experience, a strong existing talent network, and who enjoys operating personally as a recruiter while also building scalable processes.
