You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates.About the RoleWe’re looking to engage an experienced and specialized clinical recruiter to find top-quality licensed mental health therapists to join Lyra’s rapidly-growing Clinical Provider Network. Contract Recruiters will manage the full recruitment process for specified roles, from outreach to provider evaluation. The work you do will help to create positive outcomes for Lyra’s clients and redesign how mental health care is delivered today.ResponsibilitiesRecruits mental health providers for specified roles and in specified geographic areas, which may include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, servicing as the provider’s primary point of contactQualifications3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in a healthcare industry, especially recruiting mental health therapists, strongly preferredPassionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral HealthStrong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence; excellent influencing and negotiating skillsProven record of success; strives for excellence, productivity, and excellenceProficient in Recruitment Technology stack, , familiarity with Lever preferred, CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platformsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, summarizing interviews, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
